Turbo10 安装Vmwrare 遇到的问题

安装 Vmware 4.5 / 5.0 bate
都出现如下问题！

vmware is installed, but it has not been (correctly) configured
for this system. To (re-)configure it, invoke the following command:
/usr/bin/vmware-config.pl.

我运行/usr/bin/vmware-config.pl 后

None of the pre-built vmmon modules for VMware Workstation is suitable for your
running kernel.  Do you want this program to try to build the vmmon module for
your system (you need to have a C compiler installed on your system)? [yes]

yes 以后又出现上面的问题

弄个内核源码编译了以后能安装上了 但是建立好新的虚拟机文件后启动的时候出现一下错误！
如何解决呢？
Version mismatch with vmmon module: expecting 116.0, got 81.0.
You have an incorrect version of the `vmmon' kernel module.
Try reinstalling VMware Workstation.

既然用的是商业软件，干嘛不去用自己的服务呢？

PS：我也不懂这个问题，因为自己没有vmware
