rt. below is the snapshot of my control center.
my os is suse9.1 ftp version. when I use iso version. it's okay for me to change to left handed.

the problem is solved although I still can't adjust my mouse to left handed in kde control center.
I use this command to change the mouse to left handed
xmodmap -e "pointer = 3 2 1 4 5 6 7"
