I just have created it for my brother, so I thought why not to share it in here too.
http://people.freebsd.org/~mezz/shar/linux-flashplugin7.shar
(Be sure to uninstall any of your old flash first)
# sh linux-flashplugin7.shar
# cd linux-flashplugin7 ; make install clean
Please do not report the bug to FreeBSD mailing list and PR. Also, please do not report the bug to me for mix with native browser. I have no insterest to make linux-flashplugin7 works with the native browser.
linux-flashplugin7 port will not install in any of browser's plugin folder, which I removed them. I am lazy to create some weird checks if they exists and create symlink. I personal rather browser to figure out by itself like what linux-opera (7.5) can do that with linux-flashplugin and linux-flashplugin6 by automatic.
I only tested it with linux-opera (both 7.2.1 and 7.5) and it works perfect. linux-opera user, you will have to go to perferences -> Plug-ins and click on 'Change path...' button to add '/usr/local/lib/linux-flashplugin7' path. After that, restart your Opera. |
