不安装中文语言包会怎么样？？？？

不安装中文语言包，在安装的时候直接选英的，这样的话我们的中文能不能正常显示？？？

i did so, then i can't input chinese and read chinese files in my existing fat32 format partisions, the only place i can see chinese is in the web browser.
